Return Policy

You have 30 days from the time your item arrives to return it for manufacturing defects. If a name is spelled wrong please double check with your your chapter has you listed on the roster.

When you get your item please inspect it right then for any return issues.

Out of stock or back ordered item(s)

You will be notified by the email  at the address you supplied for your order as soon as we identify the issue.

 

Turn around time on orders

You should expect your order to ship within 7-10 days for standard inventory items (i.e. letter shirts, grad stoles, decals, pins & pens)
